- 공연/행사 건 발굴 및 유치
- 클라이언트 확보를 위한 외부 영업 및 제안 세션 진행
- 잠재 파트너 및 스폰서와의 공동 판촉 기회 모색
(관련 업무) 신규 발매 관련 정보 취합, 공동 판촉 / 스폰서십 제안서 작성, 온라인, 오프라인 미디어 활용 방안 모색 및 실행
▣ 자격요건
- 경력 2년~4년
- 4년제 졸업자 우대
- 음악에 대한 열정과 기본 소양을 갖추신 분
- 브랜드 파트너 및 스폰서십 생태계에 대한 전문 지식이 있는 사람
- 광고 대행사, 공연 기획사, 국내 레이블 경력자 우대
- 미디어 및 브랜드/기업 네트워크를 보유하신 분
- 우수한 영업 실적을 보유하신 분
- 진취적이며 독립적으로 일할 수 있으신 분
- 영어 능통자 우대
- SNS, 디지털, 기술 trend에 대한 지식 보유자
▣ Responsibilities
- Branding & Business Development
- Develop branding and new business private Gigs, Endorsement, Product placements and Premium business
- Related works include; pitching clients, preparing proposal, coordinating & executing deals as well as day-to-day project management
- Develop and execute IP related projects, branded content & partnerships, brands solution and strategy, Assist in identifying potential live performance opportunities
- Organize regular workshops with potential clients or agencies to extend our client base.
- Explore and establish joint promotions with potential partners and /or sponsors for all products.
- Related works include; gathering information on new releases, formulating joint promotion and / or sponsorship proposals, pitching, negotiating and follow-up on execution with good use of on-line and off-line media
▣ Requirements
- From 2 to 4 years of working experience
- University degree holder of any disciplines
- Possess sound knowledge and passion of music is a must
- Excellent knowledge of brand partners and sponsorship eco system
Ad agency, production agency, local label experience preferred
- Has a strong network with media and potential brands
- Track record in account servicing will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and have a high degree of initiative
- Fluency in English
- A passion for digital, technology and social media platforms is a plus
